I've been playing around with the idea of making a Tumblr and using it as a progress bog, and converting this site into a wiki-type site, where it will display all kinds of random info and lore based information. This will allow me to get more people to notice the game and hopefully get some sort of feedback, so I know I'm progressing in the right direction. Without getting any feedback, I tend to think that there's something wrong, and then I end up spending a week redoing everything that was already done. I just stopped myself from doing it, but it's only a matter of time.... I'm already itching to redo Timmy's Adventure..... But I can't. I'm 1/3rd done! It would be a waste of time to redo it now. Ugh...

I'm back to working on Timmy's Adventure. After my long break, I decided that I needed to work on the mechanical aspects of the game, and put the story part on hold.
I've updated the progress blog to talk about magic abilities, crystal shards, and a new battle feature. Make sure you check it out!

I haven't been updating the site due to a verity of problems that are occurring in my life.
My Mother has recently moved in with me after being caught living out of a storage unit. Apparently, she moved into one after being kicked out of a house that she was squatting in, after it finally sold. Without going into more personal details, I now have to deal with a growing list of problems that has come up due to these recent events.
My health is slowly deteriorating. I'm one of those people who only gets sick every couple of years, but lately I've been feeling under the weather. Pulling all nighters to work on Timmy's Adventure, as well as the newly added stress from personal family drama... Well, I think it is safe to say that it has finally caught up to me. I will try to finish the main storyline for Timmy's Adventure when I am feeling better and I will update the download link ASAP.

It has occurred to me, that most people don't understand that the pictures to the left and right of these posts are clickable and will take you to the other pages of this website.
Also, the alpha version of Timmy's Adventure is ready to be played. Click Here to download it.

I haven't updated the site in a few days, but that doesn't mean I haven't been working. I was just so caught up in rebuilding Timmy's Adventure that I didn't get around to updating on my progress.
Now I know that this normally means that a lot of work was accomplished, but in truth it wasn't. I had some major issues with scripting, which caused a chain reaction that involved me having to rebuild the first two villages and tweak the storyline slightly.
The good news in all this, is that everything now works perfectly. The bad news is that I spent 3 days redoing what I already did and this will cause a delay in when an alpha version of the game will be available.

I spent the entire day yesterday working on the rebuild of Timmy's Adventure. Delete a vast majority of scripts that were not needed and then went through and kept some of the ones that were fairly simple and worked with the current them. The section for Timmy's Adventures should be updated at some point today to talk about Attributes, Characters, and Possibly the first couple of Locations.

Last night I had a dream that I finished all of my RPG Maker games. Which is pretty weird, because I've never officially finished any of them before. They sit on my external hard drive for years before I decide to work on them again. I couldn't stop thinking about that dream though. I really want to finish these projects that I keep starting. I know I'm not the most talented person out there, and I really do need a partner to help me, but I've been looking for over 10 years and I have never found someone who is both willing to work and understand what I'm trying to do. In just a few years I'll be 30 years old. I have done absolutely nothing with my life, and I can't stand it. From now on, I'm going to force myself to work on these projects and complete them. I wont stop until I've fulfilled my dream of establishing an otaku based company that dedicates itself to providing fun and affordable anime, manga, and games. My ultimate goal is to setup the company, so that anyone and everyone will have a chance to submit work for publishing and help promote the talented people in this world, who through various reasons, can't get a break.
